BASELINE - OUR 10 week body transformation 

BASELINE is our flagship programme and is a great way for you to start your journey to unlock your full potential. It is a 10 week, body transformation programme featuring personalised workouts tailored to help you reach your goals. Below is a summary of the key points and benefits you will receive after joining BASELINE.

  1. Your own dedicated PT.

    • I will guide you through the programme safely and efficiently, giving you the confidence you need to reach your goals.

    • I will keep you motivated and will be able to answer any questions you may have, both during and outside of your sessions.

  2. Nutrition.

    • No fad dieting, just simple, science backed nutrition guidance that is easy to implement into everyday life. 

    • You will receive help in creating healthy habits that last a lifetime, not just for the duration of the programme.

  3. Regular tracking and updates.

    • Using an InBody COMPOSITION scanner, accurate measurements will be taken and monitored at set intervals during the program, ensuring you stay on track!

    • I will make adjustments to your plan if necessary, based on regular monitoring. This ensures you are always taking the right steps to reach your goals!

  4. Workouts tailored to you.

    • Through MY thorough onboarding process, I WILL get to know you, your lifestyle and your commitments. This ensures we create the best plan possible that fits into your day to day life.

    • A mixture of resistance and cardio based workouts will be tailored to your needs and ability, with a gradual overload ensuring you are always challenged!
