It is a 10 week, body transformation programme featuring personalised workouts tailored to help you reach your goals. Nutrition.
No fad dieting, just simple, science backed nutrition guidance that is easy to implement into everyday life.
You will receive help in creating healthy habits that last a lifetime, not just for the duration of the programme.
Regular tracking and updates.
Using an InBody COMPOSITION scanner, accurate measurements will be taken and monitored at set intervals during the program, ensuring you stay on track!
I will make adjustments to your plan if necessary, based on regular monitoring. This ensures you are always taking the right steps to reach your goals!
Workouts tailored to you.
Through MY thorough onboarding process, I WILL get to know you, your lifestyle and your commitments. This ensures we create the best plan possible that fits into your day to day life.
A mixture of resistance and cardio based workouts will be tailored to your needs and ability, with a gradual overload ensuring you are always challenged!
